A: Buy a different vacuum. It’s worthless, won’t pick up anything. We bought one of the Dyson handhelds that cost way more, but at least it works.
Q: Looking for a vac for carpet with no roller. Would this work?
A: Yes, had it for a few weeks so far and use it on both my carpet and bamboo floors (and bathrooms too!) and it works just fine. Do keep in mind the suction of course won't be as strong as other vacuums, but it has worked fine for my purposes so far.
