Before we begin
When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work and your personal preferences to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Mounting the cameras
We’ll install and conceal up to 1 client-supplied cable (up to 100’ including Siamese wire) OR terminate, tone, and test 1 existing pre-run cable.
We'll also mount 1 solar panel near the device that is being powered by the solar panel.
DVR installation
We’ll install and configure your non-restricted stand-alone computer- or cloud-based digital video recorder (DVR) unit.
Connecting to your network
We’ll connect and configure the cameras to your existing IP- or video-based network. We’ll also help you set up any applicable apps on your device to control the cameras.
Final steps
We’ll verify the camera positions and change batteries as needed. We’ll also demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
In addition, we'll help with personalization and the configuration of an existing voice control device with your new camera setup.
This service does not include computer repair, troubleshooting, setup or configuration of a new wireless network, recommendations on camera placement, home/mount modifications, or professional monitoring service setup/enablement.
Per camera
For any additional cameras, an add-on charge must be assessed for installation.
*Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas.
*Additional charges may be incurred if a specialty ladder, scaffolding, or lift is required to perform the installation. If camera(s) or camera accessories will be placed on a surface such as brick or stucco, Add-on Custom Camera Mounting service is also required.
*Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

Not the experience I expected
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This was definitely not the experience I expected. First, the day of the appointment I was stood up. No call, no show. I tried to contact the team for information and they couldn’t tell me what happened. The next they the installer came in. He was very nice but was not prepared at all. He had to go to Home Depot to buy material as he forgot his stuff. Mother cameras are working ok, but as he was not prepared, he left two very big holes that I asked him to caulk or cover and he refused as he didn’t have the material to do it. He then said he would do something and just tried to use some drywall cover outdoor! Terrible finish. Definitely not as expected.

Inexpensive cameras but the come with the bundle,
||Posted .I wish these were the bullet style which seem to me to be better protected from the elements than the dome ign. cameras displac a bright, sharpimage during daylight hours. Night time? Not so much. If the light is really really low, you get nothing.

Awsome install of security cameras
||Posted .I had the geek squad install 4 security cameras. Went to Best Buy and determined what cameras I needed, I was then contacted for install with a few days nd scheduled appointment. The installer showed up on time and after a quick walk around the property to determine best placement t he went to work. Installer was great. He did an excellent job and showed us how to work the system. I had the full tech support package from some appliances we bought awhile back. I am glad we had this as it saved a lot on the install price. About a year later we wanted to upgrade our system and add more cameras. We no longer had the tech package and the cost to install was more than we were willing to do at this time. The system has been working flawlessly and were are extremely sastified with the service we were given. Kate

My installed Motion Ring Flood Light
||Posted .I purchased this to replace a broken Motion Flood Light on my garage. I am enjoying the motion light and able to be notified of the motion by my ring and to observe what triggered it. Come Spring I will purchase a Ring camera for the front door.

Waste of money
||Posted .Don’t bother bc they offer this just to make plans to come out & tell you last minute they can’t bc a licensed electrician has to do it. Only would of worked for small project like a ring doorbell but not cameras hooked up with different wiring and different watts. Find a good friend/handy man to do it for half the price. Do it legally if using handyman. YouTube it. Took me 20 min and I have zero electrical skill. Be safe and know what you’re doing bc the result could be bad.

Q: QuestionDoes this price cover installing a ring floodlight camera in a spot where there isn't electical wire or junction box already there to mount to?

- A:Answer I had outlets installed by an electrician for the ring camera I chose to have installed. However, there are excellent solar options if you don't have access to electricity.
