Dynasty Warriors Gundam - PlayStation 3

If you like Dynasty Warriors or have ever played any game in that series, you are in the least familiar with the style of play of this game. The game overall is pretty good. The Gundam designs are varied, there are lots of characters and unlockables, which give you a reason to keep playing, a versus mode and cut scenes and animations with the real characters voice from the TV show. The only reason I take away a star is because the gameplay itself can be somewhat monotonous. You hack and slash everything in sight, which is cool, but the techniques are not varied enough. Each Gundam has a very limited set of moves that are only augmented with upgrades. These ungrades only change the attributes of the attacks. (Strength, speed, etc.) This can get a little boring. But the unlockables and new storyline are an interesting twist. Online play would have been nice too, but was not included. I still think it is a good game to pick up and play that is not complicated.

If you are a fan of Gundam and have been disappointed in the way the games have been made-- search no more! The best one has just come out! This game has all the action a Gundam game should have. Dynasty Warrior Gundam has incredible graphics, epic battles with countless mobile suits and great environments. You play in space, on earth, in mountains and every place you could think of. The Gundams are true to anime life and have all the weaponry they should. As Heero Yuy you can transform to flight mode, you have the buster rifles and can use the dual buster rifles for a sizzling shot! You can decimate countless mechs and gain mechanical upgrades. The game also has a versus mode which other Dynasty/Samurai Warrior games don't have which is a huge plus if you have ever wanted to go to war against a friend. This game is a must have. I haven't even come close to unlocking all the characters and Gundams available!!!

By far the easiest gundam game i ever played. Resembles Ninety-Nine Nights- a lot of button mashing to gain experience, etc. What's cool about this game is that if your a fan of gundam who build gundam and watch the anime; they have the same characters.

wife is jeulous of the ps3 now. ha ha this game has alot of action. each mission you will kill at least 300 robots

i have to say this game is toally awesome and i reconamond it alot of people and i mean totally radical and i'm, sure people will enjoy it alot .

This is a great game, and a must have for any hard core Gundam fan, or Dynasty Warriors fan, the combat in both is very similar!

If you like Gundam games or robot games where you just demolish eveyone you are going to love this game. non stop action and destruction. this game rocks!
