A: I called dyson because this is my second one and same issue. The new one stops working and won’t turn on for about 30 minutes I called dyson and there was an issue with serial numbers starting wirh WF8. They fixed the issue so they asked me to send mine back and as soon as I drop off at ups (they gave me a number) they will ship a new one
Q: Is it safe to use a 230V Dyson Airwrap with a voltage converter in USA?
A: Although almost every company on the planet makes travel personal care devices dual voltage, Dyson does not. The Dyson Airwrap™ will absolutely not function with a voltage converter. The US version will simply not work in Europe. I've no idea why they will not make it dual voltage, but it certainly is not because it must be certified in every country.
