Electrolux - 4.4 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Steam Washer - Silver Sands

My old top loader washer was very noisy so I was looking for something much quieter and this is definitely quieter. I really like the ability to do a fast 15 min wash and the deep cleaning sanitizing wash. Adding steam helps get the clothes really clean. I don't have the issues some complain about with leaving clothes in overnight and smelling bad. Like all front loaders, you do need to leave the door open for some time to dry out to avoid any mold/musty smells. It won't stay open just a crack as the door automatically opens all the way. I really like the way the doors and pedestal open with a push rather than a pull. But I am concerned about the soap dispenser unit eventually having problems. I remember the floor model at the store was stuck open and wouldn't close. Sometimes when I press it closed it doesn't catch right away and have to do it a second time... guess time will tell if this becomes a problem. I researched and selected this model for almost a year prior to purchase. I waited quite a while until I found a clearance / floor model at a good price. Overall, I am super happy with my selection.

Love the washer. Wanted to use it a few weeks before I bought the dryer- it's ordered! Does everything advertised and looks great doing it!

I love this dryer! It is very quiet and works quickly. The only down side to it is the expense. It is a very good looking machine as well.
