Q: Does this come with the pedestal?
A: No, the pedestal is sold separately.
Q: I just purchased a new one. The LCD screen does not come on. What should I do?
A: Hey Andrei! You should check your breaker box to assure power has not been turned off. Also, check to make sure the power to the outlet is sufficient. If your outlet is not designed for 240 volts this could be a reason why the display screen is not lighting up. If power is on and the outlet is correct, we suggest performing a reset on the dryer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. Q: Could you set this dryer on top of an LG pedestal?
A: Hello Pedestal! We do not recommend using an LG pedestal with an Electrolux dryer. They may not have the same type of installation process and that could lead to improper leveling of the dryer. We hope this information is helpful to your shopping experience. –Thanks!-
