Portable Cooking power when you need it.
Fried some chicken and fish for Xmas brunch, and preferred to not have my house smelling of oil. So I setup an outdoor station and went to work. The directions are straight forward and it has great temp and power selections, kept my oil around temp even when adding new pieces of food. Overall a solid tool to add to my kitchen arsenal.
