A: Yes it will
Q: What size lap top does it work for and do the legs fold up if you don’t want to use them?
A: I have a fairly large HP Inspire laptop on it that I use it with. As for the feet, yes, those fold up or down.

A: For my laptop it helps lower temperature by around 15-17%
