A: Yes indeed, the sockets can be run independently. In fact the app requires that you uniquely name each socket.
A: I have never used it that way, but I just tested building a schedule and I put in 7 times with on and off. It let me build it and still showed the “+” as if I could keep going. So base on the my guess would be yes!
A: Yes, you can turn off the main power supply and come back and reconnect without losing the programming schedule on the unit. I did exactly that when I had to replace the outdoor outlet that the unit was plugged into, which took me several days to complete...it never lost its functionality/programming.
