If you require additional storage, the S380 HomeBase supports external hard drives of up to 16TB with a SATA interface. You will need to purchase and install the hard drive separately. After installation, the system will use the external hard drive as priority storage. The set-up was somewhat easy but the cameras work great. The clarity is fantastic and the night mode is nice also. I bought it on sale so that made it even better.
