Q: Do you have to have a neutral wire installed to use this switch?
A: Yes, you do need a neutral wire for this switch. There are other switches, notably the Castea switches that do not need a neutral wire, but these usually require some kind of hub. (The reason so many switches need the neutral wire is so that they can continue to operate and communicate with your home automation platform even when the power is off)
Q: Canthis switch be used where there are 2 switches in separate rooms?
A: It’s pretty much a single switch replacement it can turn on multiple lights on a single switch example I have three sets of flood lights to one switch it turns them on from anywhere

A: Only on and off
Q: Can the switch cover be removed and the unit installed with a gang switch cover?
A: Yes I had to buy new gangs to support these switches with the regular light switch
