A: No. This is a graphics card meant to go inside a tower PC. It will not fit inside a laptop.

A: No one knows. They are out of stock everywhere and when they do come in they sell out in the blink of eye thanks in part to all miners buying them up. You can get them used but they are overpriced and more than likely burned junk some miner ripped out of their array to resell. Bad time to be a gamer.
