  • Features
    • Drying Method: Heated drying (Appliances that use heat to dry the dishes will include a heating element or minerals which transform moisture into heat. A fan or vent then circulates the hot dry air throughout the tub during the drying cycle. This may reduce drying time and the risk of water spots. Appliances that use minerals to produce heat are considered more energy efficient than those that include a heating element. Appliances that use condensation drying are considered more energy efficient than those that use heated drying. Instead, high temperature water is produced during the final rinse cycle which warms the interior and eventually condensates and drains out of the machine.)

Buy high-end appliances from anyone but BestBuy

We paid for a brand new dishwasher but they delivered a used dishwasher. They loaded and brought the dishwasher WITHOUT A BOX (confirmed by the delivery guy), WITH SCRATCHES AND DENTS. The delivery guy didn’t say anything about the condition of the appliance, even though the back panel was dented and broken. He also didn’t want to take the appliance back with him. I have never seen someone deliver a high-end appliance in such careless manner, specially after waiting 3 months for it’s availability. We had to call them 3 times because they keep hanging up on us, we were on the phone for 4 hours (I’m not making this up, we made sure we recorded the calls). The representatives said they would request an exchange but after being on the phone for so long, the last representative said the system wouldn’t allow him to place an exchange because the appliance wouldn’t be available until January (but if you go to their website it allows you to place a new order). This is so disrespectful in so many ways. If I have to be on the phone for this long I don’t work and if I don’t work I don’t get pay. Imagine having to ask your boss a day off so you can be on the phone with Best Buy all day. They made me repeat the same story over and over and over. This is not even the whole story, it gets worse. Every town has a business that sells high-end appliances, go there instead. They’ll treat you better and with respect.
