Q: Will the nubs damage a non-rug floor? I'll be partially on a rug and partially on wood flooring.
A: I don't think I would want to put this mat on a non-carpeted floor. I think it would damage both the floor and the mat.
Q: What is the thickness in inches or mm?
A: It's difficult to measure. Maybe 2mm.
