This is the second one we have purchased; love the talking feature on the new one. It does everything we need it to for a great price! Great for when you struggle with spelling some words; love all the features. We use it often!

Buy this electronic dictionary for my daughter 5th grader. Easy to use, tons of words, good compact size, It is better to purchase this product than the Kindle HFX 32 G.

Bought for my 97 year old dad whose old electronic dictionary finally died. He tried to use this new one, the voice was fine although robotic, but the blue type on green screen was very difficult to read. I even had trouble reading it. We had to take it back.

I am very happy with the Franklin speaking dictionary. I use it when reading to look up words. It is a nice size that doesn't take up much room. I like the speaking part so I know immediately if I have spelled a word wrong. It is so much easier than looking up a word in a big, clumsy dictionary.
