A: Flame is pulled towards vent, but I just push pan towards vent. Vent clears fish odors. Personally prefer a downdraft so nothing is blocking view from kitchen to great room. Have the optional transition piece for installing vent in tight spaces. This model vents down to the right and my previous downdraft vented down to the left. Optional transition part worked like a glove where it attached to old vent. So happy to have chosen gas over electric. Purchased a cast iron grill pan that covers one burner, so can still grill like old cooktop but much easier to clean.
Q: Is this a new model. Are there any reviews on this product?
