A: As far as I know, and with all the research I've done so far, for this generation of Garmin 5+ the only option of titanium is the one with the orange band. You can, if you feel like dropping even more money for an already expensive smart/sport watch, buy the black silicon or black leather quick release bands directly from Garmin, but as of today, the only option of titanium is with the orange band.
Q: Does this watch monitor your sleep?
A: Wonder how can the watch monitor sleep stages when it does not have any EEG connections. Because you don't move does not mean you are in REM or DELTA sleep. Same with accuracy of home sleep studies.
