A: This product has voice prompts. It does not recognize voices.
Q: I see its lifetime updates.. Are they free updates?
A: Yes they are free updates. You get free lifetime map and traffic updates. Very Nice. You download the Garmin app to your computer. Connect your GPS and it brings up the updates you need to run. I always do a backup first within the program. It will save a backup to your computer. This program works like a charm. I update about 15 gps units with this one program.
