Q: What is the opening dimensions for the ice/water dispenser?
A: Hello! We would love to share more about this versatile refrigerator. The approximate dispenser height on GFE28HMKES is 11" tall from the bottom tray to the dispense point. It can accommodate many mugs, glassware, baby bottles, and sport and water bottles. The dispenser can accommodate up to a 10" diameter container. A container of this size has to be held during the fill. Smaller diameter containers may sit on the dispenser shelf. Keep in touch! - John@GEA
Q: If your ice is stuck.. how do you open the ice maker part to release the ice?
A: Hi KK- Select French-Door refrigerators offer Space Saving Ice. The icemaker is located in the fresh food section, on the left fresh food door. The Space Saving icemaker stores 3.8 lbs of ice that can be dispensed through the ice and water dispenser on the door, or by removing the ice bucket from the door.
