Q: Will bestbuy reverse the doors on this washer during installation? If so what is the cost for this service?

A: I need mines done and they told me that it was a separate charge. I m not sure as to how much. I am still waiting on a response. They owe me credit and sent installers that stated that they don’t do it. And when I call I am on hold forever.

Q: Can this washer handle a king size alternative down comforter?

A: I am able to wash a California King comforter in it. I use the bulky setting and throw two tennis balls in as well. I know when I was told to do it, I laughed and questioned it as well. The tennis balls prevent lumps, Good luck.

Q: Does this, and other front loaders, offer "additional water" for 1. washing and 2. Rinsing?

A: This washer does have a more water button. The amount of water used does vary based upon the wash cycle too.
