The product does what it needs to. The part that surprised me is that it wasn't sold with the unit. It lowers the price of the washer/dryer when asking for the quote but the freight is a killer on the product (30% of cost) where competing washers/dryers sell the product included which drives much better value.

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
When ordered was told that parts ordered (plug, vent tube, coin-op) would be installed. There was no mention that the coin-op was fixed at only one price. The delivery guys could/would not install the coin-op.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
