Q: QuestionDoes this model come with two roller racks? The description just says two racks, but the GE site says two roller racks..
Asked by John.
- A:Answer It does come with two roller racks and shows a picture in the manufacturer’s website of the two racks in the oven. When mine was delivered, it only had one plus a standard flat rack. I contacted my guy at Best Buy and referred to the picture and he made arrangements to have a second one sent to me. Tried to attach the picture in this review but the photo was in a MS Word file and didn’t upload.

Q: QuestionDoes the oven come with a broiler pan and owners manual? I remember looking at this in the store and they were in the oven, but I didn't get one with my purchase. Thanks.

Q: QuestionDoes this unit have a vent at the bottom? If the vent area happens about waist level have you had complaints about overheating the room? The reason I ask is because I have had a GE oven (not convection) where the vent was an issue and was a problem.

- A:Answer Hi We hope all is well with you. Thank you for choosing GE Appliances! We'd love to help you with this electric wall oven. We found that the vent on this model is located at the below the door to keep electronics cooler, improve appearance, and provide a better door seal at the top. We're sorry to hear you had issues in the past with your oven, we know how frustrating that can be. We do not expect you to have any issues with this wall oven, but if something should come up we recommend taking advantage of your warranty. We're always happy to help. We thank you for choosing GE Appliances, and hope this information is useful! Have a great day. -SylviaGEA
