Great item but test all functions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my GE Kitchen hub.... funny thing for some reason I thought it was a microwave but enjoy it and what is has to offer. Only thing I was not too happy about is that this item is brand new and has some defective parts. Be sure to test all functions when you first get it as I just recently moved into new house and did not have time from when I purchased it to test all functions. Everything works great besides the front facing camera that does not work at all. I tried to swap it out with Best Buy and could not since I owned it for 18 days and these type of items has to be returned within the first 15 days from what I was told. Luckily I did contact GE and since the item does have a manufacture warranty they sent a technician free of charge and he did verify that there was defective parts so he went ahead and ordered them. Besides all that it’s a great item and gets a lot of attention and compliments.

It's the center of the kitchen now and is so fun. Between watching tv, music and video chatting the last thing this is is a range hood fan lol.

Slick and high end design

Only con is that there are some issues with the apps running in android, we lose the ability to login to spotify for sometimes days on end, and the build in GE weather/time app always tells me its 25 F outside no matter what you do.

This new model will not only serve as range ventilation but a microwave as well. This model is still in the works and a release date is not available yet. Q: QuestionI purchased the model UVH13012M1SS and was missing the wall mounting bracket. I've called GE parts dept to replace but it's not listed on their replacement page so they cannot find it. Do you have any idea which bracket fit this unit?

- A:Answer Hi there - we're more than happy to provide more information about the mounting bracket for the Kitchen Hub! According to the owner's manual (page 14), we can confirm that the unit should come with the bracket attached to the back of the hub with a set of screws. As mentioned by the manual, you need to release this bracket by removing the two screws that hold it in place. -- If you checked the back of the unit and there was no bracket, we strongly suggest you reach out to us on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
