Geek Squad® - In-Store Gaming and Customization Setup

thank goodness geek squad protection has always been able to replace our messed up ps3 controllers. if not we would be spending hundredss of dollars on them. def worth the price!

I got my PS3 at bestbuy, An it said there that it had a in-store gaming customzation & seup!! well thats ok. but what the hell is it. and where can i get the online games and the downloads!! I dont see where are the benefits of it, i just pay 29.99 for something that not expained to me or for something to register online with a pasword that in the box!! nothing.. Can someone tell me exactly what this is?

For $29.99, the Geek Squad in the Rockaway NJ store, updated my XBOX 360 with the latest firmware and set up the parental controls for me. It allowed me to use the system to it's fullest and calmed my nerves as to what my kids are watching or playing on the 360. I almost forgot the best part.....if you don't feel like waiting the 15 mins in the store, for a little more they'll go to your house and do the set up.

Went to purchase an XBox and the only for the version I wanted was already setup by Geek Squad. Paid an extra 30 bucks for something anyone could do on their own. Done with Best Buy.
