A: Yes it has a digital copy, go to paramountmovies.com and select your retailer there. I believe that iTunes is the only one that gives a 4K version, and I think Vudu lets you purchase an upgrade for a couple of bucks.

American Treasure
Patrick Swayze, as a ghost. Enough said. Not even the ghostbusters would do him any harm.

Clear & Concise presentation
This is an excellent presentation of this classic movie. It’s not a masterpiece but it is beloved in 90s movies. It was actually the first movie I ever saw in a movie theater as an 8-year old. The “Paramount Presents” line celebrates their line with modestly improved packaging that’s slightly better than the original slipcover treatment and a clear Bluray case in favor of the traditional blue case. As stated, the celebration is concise with special features that give you just enough to make lovers of the film to appreciate the making and celebration of it including a brand new albeit short 6-minute feature looking back on the film in addition to previously released material including an interesting commentary track. Also note that owners of previous releases will find the omission of older bonuses. However, the brightest and most important is the excellent picture which is supposedly remastered from 4K. (Why not just release it in 4K as well? Oh well.). Anyway, the picture is great with the improved detail and color. Best presentation so far. At under $20, this is a great buy that doesn’t overwhelm you with features but instead focuses on the film.
