Q: Does this support dual or triple monitors?
A: This card only has two ports, one HDMI and one diplay port, so it supports 2 monitors I have it in a dual monitor setup, one 4k 32 inch and on HD 27 inch and it works great for me

A: It is new.
Q: Can this card run Madden 24 PC at full capacity or some settings have to be lowered?
A: You can run the game with this card but it depends on what resolution. 1080p with high settings but some settings tweaked? Sure but probably only around 45 fps. I would advise going with the 6700xt card if you can.
