LOve it...
I was shopping for a mid low range priced microwave. I thought the price point was quite on... However, when I finally got the product install, which didn't take him anytime, I was simply in awe at how really well balanced and roomy and the buttons although small are quite accessable. I have enjoyed the way it cooks, it defrosts in superb time at varied levels. It really is sensitive and a great deal of guidance in planning its energy levels was really thought out. I also believe it does a great job of evenly cooking food, defrost without cooking. And, it even has preset buttons that are simply amazing.

Worst Microwave
Like many other reviews I am now seeing our microwave just quit working after 2 years. Everything works except it doesn't heat up the food. I called LG b/c in our manual it says that the Magnetron is under warranty for 8 years. Bottom line is they were rude to me. In order to get a new magnetron you have to pay for someone to come out and decide that is what is wrong with the microwave and then you have to pay for the installation of the new magnetron. It is not worth it! Just go with a microwave that doesn't break. Every other cheap microwave I have ever owned has worked for at least 10 years. I just wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased it two years ago.

Packed well. Easy to hang. Has all the pieces to do the job. Does not have the quick cook features, like 1 minute button, or 1 minute add button. You have to clear the cook time and re-enter the time you want it to cook. Other than that - works fine. Basic features. Which is all you can ask for when I only paid $169.99 for it, before taxes. If I took a little longer in my search - I probably would not have settled for this. But I needed it right away.
