Q: I bought the bike based on the advertised maximum speed of 28 MPH. But in reality, it does not go over 20 MPH. There seems to be some kind of limiter that stops the acceleration at 20 MPH. Is there some setting that needs to be changed for 28 MPH speed?

A: You can press for 2 seconds the (-) and (+) from your controller and it will take you to the settings of the bike. Then keep pressing the middle bottom on the controller to get to next screen. You will find the option to increase mph to 45 km. Once changed, select de middle bottom from your controller and it will allow you to reach 28 mph using pedal assist. If you use the throttle it will reach up to 20mph only.
