Q: Does this include a screen protector/ have one built into the case? If so how is it at protection from scratches? What about touch screen sensitivity?

A: It has a build in screen protector but it’s not a good case. I lost mines within a week because it does not stay on the watch. It does not latch on tight. I don’t recommend it. It looks like a sturdy case and it’s not sensitive to touch.

Pretty good once you get used to it
For the first week or so, I snapped the cover off 4-5 times because it sits pretty high and doesn’t really clip strongly to the watch. It’s not like I was banging it against things either; it came off once folding laundry and another time putting my arm into my jacket. Since then I’ve learned to be more careful with it and it hasn’t come off again. I paid $15 for this on Black Friday, I wouldn’t recommend paying more.

Decent product
I like the product a lot, the only complaint I have is is pops off a lot. I have lost it once or twice and been lucky enough to find it later.

Apple case
I liked this design. The only thing that sucks is the case does come off fairly easy. I thought I lost it because it had fallen off while I was at work and found it few days later. Maybe if there was a way to make it more secure around the watch would be an awesome case.
