A: Thank you for your question! Please make sure the unit is at least a 5 degree angle facing out of the house. If it is, then remove the plug from the bottom rear of the unit to get rid of excess water. Thank you, Haier America
Q: Installation
A: Very easy. Lightweight, I install and uninstall this unit all by myself. And carry it to my attic for winter storage. And I am a female. It's only like 60 pounds.
