Q: Is the washer big enough to wash a queen size comforter?
A: I don’t believe so. It’s a good size washer but a queen comforter would be too large.
A: Hello - thanks for checking in! This washer must be plugged in to a 120-volt properly grounded 3-prong receptacle. You should not use an adaptor or an extension cord, and you should not remove the ground plug. Q: Can the wifi on this washer be turned off?
A: Hi there, thanks for asking! The wifi features for this model are built-in, meaning that you do not have to purchase an accessory to use those features. You'd just need to download the SmartHQ app. However, you're not obligated to use the wifi features if you don't want to. This is an optional feature that's there simply for your convenience. Q: Are the door hinges on the right or left side?
A: Left side, as is usually the case. I don't think it can be changed, but I haven't checked. Download the user manual and you'll see.
A: You can customize any cycle, so for the Drain/Spin cycle, you can choose the amount of spin, or no spin. It'll always drain (it doesn't make sense not to drain for modern washers at this point; choose rinse/spin if you must).
