A: Hi! Thank you for your question. The ice maker actually has a Drain Pump Mode wherein unnecessary water will be forced to drain out by the pump on the back of the unit. Hope this helps! :) -Customer Service Team
Q: does this product come with a built in pump? is defrost manual? ice comes cubed or sheet?
A: Hi! Thank you so much for your question. This product does have a drainage pump. Defrosting for this model is not needed. Minimal defrosting may be applicable if your unit is in heavy usage or it is stored in high humidity. The machine is making ice cubes. Hope this helps! :) -Customer Service Team
Q: Does this come with or require a drain and/or pump, or does it keep the ice cold/frozen?
A: This ice maker is well insulated, but is not a freezer. The length of time ice will remain frozen before draining is dependent on usage.
Q: What’s the difference in the Studio Vault and Library?
