Q: Do the packs come with random cards, or is it set for particular packs?
A: The packs are *not* random or blind. You can see one of the cards in the window, and that pack (with that card) will always contain exactly the same 5 cards. Best buy, however, seems to be saying that they will choose a pack randomly for you if you order online, which seems strange.
Q: Are returns allowed on these clearance items and if so can I to return them to the local store?
A: I believe you can return the clearance items if you do it in the time allowed. It will tell you the return policy onthe back of your receipt.
