Free gifts are sometimes offered with purchases. To get the free gift, click on the offer and follow the instructions. In most cases, you'll need to add the free item to your cart. It will not be added automatically. If you return an item that came with a free gift and you don’t return the free gift – don’t worry. We’ll reimburse you for the returned item, minus the value of the free gift.

Best Buy sometimes offers promotional codes or digital coupons for special offers. To redeem, you must enter the promotional code or the promo code found on the digital coupon under Payment Method during checkout. Some offers and coupons are only valid in stores.

Select BestBuy.com orders, including store pickup, will receive an e-gift card. A valid e-mail address is required to redeem. The e-gift card will be created and sent out after your eligible product is received, shipped or picked up in store. You may be asked to confirm your e-mail address, and, if asked, you must respond to that e-mail within 60 days to receive the e-gift card. The e-gift card is subject to the Promotional E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions. Promotional e-gift cards are subject to Special Offer Returns.

Unlike credit or debit cards, promotional codes used on digital coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital coupons will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount. Digital coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or deleted, or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.

You may not use digital coupons toward the purchase of Best Buy gift cards.

If you return an item bought as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount and you do not return everything — not to worry. We will reimburse you for what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebie, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
