Needed Some Tweaking
Everything arrived in a large box. The assembly instructions were online. The front hydraulic brake spacer had fallen off during shipping and I needed to spread the brake out manually with a couple of wedges. There's still some rubbing when riding, so some more adjustment of the brakes will need to take place. The cover for the charging port was crooked and needed realignment. The mag rims are pretty sharp. They sliced my hand and lock cover when securing the bike for the first time. The bike is a joy to ride. I'm 6'2 and adjusted the bike easily for my size. This bike handles the hills in my area with ease. It is easy to hit the automatic light button and have them stay on overnight. I wish the Heybike app included some additional security measures that their competitors have. I wish the app integrated with Apple Fitness.

Great bike so far!
I bought this for camping and riding trails. It comes packaged very well and with all the tools needed to assemble what little you have too. You put the front tire on, handle bars, seat, fenders with lights, and the pedals. Charge the battery and you're good to go! I gave 4 stars because my shipment was mixed up as i had bought a Mars for my wife at the same time and they mixed the shipments up, so i didn't know if i was getting 2 of the same bike. Do better BestBuy!

Heybike Ranger S is a solid E-Bike worth buying
I just got my new Heybike Ranger S delivered by Bestbuy. It came in a well protected box, and the assembly was very easy to do myself. I laid the box on it’s side, slid the bike out. I turned the upside down resting on the rear rack, enabling the front wheel assembly so easy. No damage to the bike at all, the Hydraulic brakes worked perfectly, and all 7 gears shifted perfectly. The only thing I noticed was compared to a torque senor, the cadense style sensor brings on the power rather abrutly. Might take some people a little time to adjust. Love all the lights, brake lights and turn signals and the perfect horn. You rarely see a 4amp charger on a bike in this price class, making recharging much quicker.
