Well I guess I got the one with problems. All the guards were bent so if I were to cut my sons hair with it the bent guards would cut more hair then I wanted. I will be returning this to best buy. I hope this review was helpful

The smaller trimmer, battery operated, is mediocre at best. The main trimmer does the job, although with the attachments, which are good, it doesnt quite buzz your head if that is what ya need. Overall, in these times, without spending 3 digits, this is worth the expense to look at least human.

Works effectively, cuts smoothly and doesn't tug on my skin. Gets quite a bit hot if used for prolonged periods though. Corded connection is long enough without hindering and comes with all necessary guards.

I am happy with this product, trusted brand, good quality material and all that BUT little disappointing because the trimmer shakes when you use it, not sure if its supposed to be like that or not but the old one did not shake like this. So other than the shake/vibration on your wrist the product gets the job done and worth the money.
