- Initial evaluation and consultation: When we arrive at your home, we'll evaluate the service area and discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
- Delivery and unboxing: Your service includes delivery to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new piece of furniture. For home theater seating, the delivery and installation will be scheduled separately.
- Assembling your furniture: We’ll assemble up to four chairs that you purchased from Best Buy using proper tools and ensure they’re all done to the manufacturers’ specifications.
- Installing safety and protection parts: We’ll install any safety restraints, mounts or floor protection pieces recommended and provided by the manufacturer.
- Reviewing finished furniture: Once the furniture is assembled, we’ll ensure it’s fully functional. Then, we’ll walk you through the finished product to demonstrate its features and ensure it’s comfortable for you to use.
- Cleaning up and removing packaging: After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.

- Additional charges may apply for delivery or services in extended areas, and the charges are based on location. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

If a service call is needed within the warranty period, there will be a $99.99 deposit plus applicable taxes at the time of scheduling which will be refunded to you if we determine that there was a defect in our workmanship. A: No, I actually purchased a TV stand from Wal-Mart and I had neither the time nor patience to assemble it, so I called 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD and had them come out to my apartment and assemble it here for me. Best of luck!

The online service, if they did attempt to answer this question online, it would be wrong, or much more expensive than it should be. Best Buy sales agents are more likely to steer you to the perfect Geek Squad agent to make your setup clear, such as cost, work to be done, and a date and time when your setup should be completed. You've spent a considerable amount of money for your system, you deserve the respect, appreciation and professionalism that should also come with it.
