The powerful steam canister is great for hard surfaces. I like the fact that the steamer has a 30' cord. It sanitizes large areas at once for 30-45 minutes. I look forward to cleaning carpets with my new steamer.

This machine did do an awesome job. I only knocked down to 4 stars because of steam temp. WIth the long hose and wand it really cools the steam down to where the steam does not dry anything instantly. You have to wait similar to an other mop. Not a big deal. I also assume that with the lower temperature it does not sanitize as advertised. I didnt test the floors but just my guess. It did do a great job on my grout lines. Grout looked new. It took some time but cheaper than paying someone to clean them.
