Q: Does it come charged, and if not how long does it take to initially charge?
A: Mine came in charged, maybe 3/4 full. I used it for a while and then charged it less than an hour and I get the full charge. It says three hours full charge for empty and you'll get 9 miles range. You can get 15 to 17mph if the mode is sport.
Q: Is it possible to replace it with an inflatable tire?
A: Hello, unfortunately, this cannot be changed
