Q: Can you increase the memory and storage on this?
A: Yes, this computer will take a Maximum 16GB DDR4-2400 RAM and has two slots (one is used). You could also increase the capacity of the M.2 2800 SSD or add a 2.5" SATA drive.
A: Although the keyboard as a whole is not backlit, there is still an indicator light for the Caps Lock as well as particular function keys. Often a screen prompt will show when you hit the key as well, in case it was accidental.
Q: I have the Sims 4 and all the expansions, plus CC, will this computer be able to handle my gameplay?
A: This computer does not meet the recommended specifications for Sims 4. I recommend a model with a dedicated GPU and much more storage space for your custom content.
Q: Does this laptop have an external port to handle a DVD or CD
A: This laptop does not have a built-in CD/DVD drive, if that's what you meant. However, you CAN connect an external CD/DVD drive through one of the USB ports.
A: I bought this and turned off webroot right away as I download alot of outside sources...webroot has caught and removed viruses right away as soon as it happened so i would say yes

A: Yes, it does. It is preinstalled as part of Windows 10.
