A: You can play some low requirement games with this laptop. This laptop does not have a discrete graphics card. It is a great medium performance laptop for business, schoolwork and entertainment. It is not a gaming laptop.

A: Yes this is a great laptop for working from home in a call center. It has a built in camera and microphone. You should be able to work all day with this laptop. Battery life will vary depending on various factors including product model, configuration, loaded applications, features, use, wireless functionality, and power management settings. The maximum capacity of the battery will naturally decrease with time and usage. I am with HP but the return policy is usually 2 weeks from date of purchase.
A: We apologize for your experience. The HP Notebook 15-dy1043dx can be upgraded up to 16 gigabytes DDR4-2666. There are 2 slots. Currently, the laptop has 1 x 4 GB RAM and 1 x 8 GB RAM. So, you could upgrade the one 4 gigabyte RAM stick to 8 gigabytes DDR4-2666.
