We are really enjoying our new camera. We totally love how far we can zoom out. We take so many photos of Eagles and other wildlife. We have never had a camera that will zoom out like this one. We have awesome photos of the moon! We would recommend this camera to any one who news a lens that will really zoom out a long way.

I’ve had this laptop for 4 years now. I honestly only know basics about computers but needed something to do basic tasks and run a small business from. I wanted one that would last a few years without me having to constantly do updates, free up storage or do maintenance if any sort myself. . This laptop had to be more powerful than what I needed to use it for because it has exceeded my expectations. It is touch screen and the screen works as well as it did say 1. The battery life is not quite as long as it was 4 years ago but still lasts 5-6 hours on a full charge the speed is incredible. I have so many things stored on the laptop for my small business and it still runs as fast as the first day. The only thing I wish it had but the backlight on the keyboard. Other than that, this thing is amazing! I highly recommend

I have been a desk top guy for many years. I was stuck to my big screen computer in my den and depended on my phone for mobility. What a joy to have the freedom of taking my full service computer with me everywhere. I did considerable research before buying this unit and it has been everything I wanted and more. It is fast and efficient. Just the right size to fit my needs and very light. It does more of the work I need to get done than my old desk unit did and it is MOBILE.I cant say enough about my Best Buy associate Maggie at Northlake store who was a tremendous help in guiding me through the selection process.

I have to Agree with Several Positive Reviews here About this laptop. I found myself in bestbuy last month with my old Toshiba which was 7yrs old, and the Geek Squad Noticed a cracked screen. A new one was needed.I had no Clue what to choose within my Budget.However with the assistance of Geek Squad. and best buy Employees This HP model was Chosen and I could'n be Happier. it fits my needs. Simple Email internet purchases, Bill pay E,T.C web searches. I used A credit card for this purchase with 15 months 0 interest. Works for Me.

I was looking for a new computer since my Acer had quit working. I have always been fond of Acer's because of the simplicity of their laptops and the setup. I came into Best Buy looking for an Acer, but the only one they had was for gaming. Not something I needed or would spend the money on. They didn't have a big selection of computers which was a disappointment. They had more smaller computers than they did bigger ones. I asked the sale's associate to help me figure out the difference in-between this computer and one that was smaller but more expensive. The smaller one could flip into a tablet and was touch screen. This laptop was bigger with the number pad included and was touchscreen. I opted for this one. It gets confusing at times because I'm not used to the touchscreen yet. I notice that if my child comes up and touches the screen, the entire screen moves or loads what they touched. It's definitely a new learning experience. The interface is nice and sophisticated. I keep having issues with the bluetooth on this laptop though. I can hook up my wireless headphones and it works great. If they get disconnected, the computer does not like to connect them again. There is a troubleshoot for bluetooth, which I have used. However, it says it fixes the problem, but it does not. I disconnected my headphones and clicked the forget this device. When I try to reconnect it back and click to discover the headphones, it will not discover them. I can discover them on my cell phone with no problem. Since I do a lot of the computer which requires me to have headphones for my job, I find this to be an inconvience. Other than that, I have had no issues with the laptop.

While this is not a gaming laptop nor a high end one with a flexible screen, it does operate and function fast and as needed to handle programs my previous economy 2014 model Toshiba could no longer support. Office 365, Plex, Vuze, Chrome, VPN, all work with tremendous speed. Start up time is less than 10 seconds. If anything changes on this laptop performance wise, I will adjust the review accordingly. My only issue is the charger itself is made (power wise) just for this laptop. While this HP was purchased with the idea of having a shared charger between two laptops of the same brand at home, the charger is slightly under powered, it would seem. Is this a big deal? No, not at all, just an observation and oversight on my part which in no way affects the performance or usability of the laptop.
