Q: What is the TDP wattage of this laptop?
A: It’s base clock is 80W, and the boost is to 100W. The link below is a mashup of their 2020, and 2021 specs, but it clearly shows 100W max boost for the 3070. I expect it to perform slightly below the Zephyrus G15 3070 since the Zephyrus has a slight overclock from the factory, a slightly better CPU, but it has the same 80W—100W range. Q: One of the pictures says its 300hz but someone answered saying its only 60hz, is it 300hz or 60hz
A: The HP OMEN 15-ek1013dx will be 300hz. If you look under the "From the Manufacturer" section, it indicates that the laptop will be 300hz. Under the "From the Manufacturer" section there is also another section called "Documents" that give a bit more details on the laptop.
Q: Does this laptop have a mux switch? Does hp omen 15 listed on hp store have mux switches?
A: Yes, you can switch it to GPU vs Hybrid through Omens Command Center. It will require a reboot, but with the SSD, you're only looking at 30 seconds or so.

A: It is gsync compatible it has a 1080p display and I get around 120 FPS running warzone

A: I think it was a mistake to list it now they just have it listed I don't think it will come into stock. At least until hp makes their refresh for the year which I think usually happens by the end of the school year.
A: There is alot of good external HD out there but you should upgrade using a internal SSD, its easy and fast upgrade, and cheap also. If you want external HD anyway get one that connects with thunderbolt or usb-c I added a few products a recommend.. Goodluck
