Q: Can you hook this laptops up to a tv? If so how?
A: There's an HDMI out port that allows you to either duplicate/project what's on the screen to your TV, or extend your display so it's like having two desktops. I usually do that when I'm watching/streaming things that I want to view in full screen whilst multitasking on other things.

Q: Can it run overwatch atleast at 60fps+ on ultra settings?
A: Based on what I have seen on Game-Debate and the laptop's specs, I'm pretty sure it will be able to.
Q: 1- Can the ram on this device upgrade to 16gb or 32gb?
A: I havent bought this laptop but have seen reviews online showing that the RAM/HDD are easly accessable via the back ad are replaceable
