A: 1) This laptop does not support Windows 7 the CPU will not allow it as there is no driver support. Intel 7th gen, 8th gen and anything there after will not support Windows 7. 2) Best Buy only ships to the 50 States of the US. 3) im not sure if you asking as to shipping cost or product cost but since there is not shipping outside the United States there will be no shipping cost.
