Q: Can an HP ink cartridge 61 be used with the HP Officejet 4650?
A: The HP 4650 will only use the HP 63 ink cartridges.

A: Yes, it has a USB port to connect to a computer.
Q: Why is the Refurbished 4560 $10.00 more than a brand new one?
A: The "new" 4650 is on sale. Do note that the 4650 has been discontinued by HP and the OfficeJet 5255 is the new model. Adds more reliable dual band wifi.
Q: Using only a usb cable, will I be able to FAX?
A: You need a landline phone to fax. You can look into a third party service like eFax which allows you to fax over the internet!
