Q: Why does the picture show 2 seats and key specs says 1 user max?
A: The unit is intended for one user at a time, the molded seat has a back rest that looks like a traditionally car seat.
Q: Where can you get replacement parts for this ?

A: A five foot tall kid can fit in this, not comfortably but still fit. my oldest is 5’2” and fits in it and drives around. 36” is good enough. 36”-48” is probably just right.
Q: Does this come with a control so parents can take over?
A: Sadly no it does NOT come with remote control. I wish it did.
Q: What is the max height and weight this holds?
A: Suggested max height is 55” and max weight is 100-120lbs. But mine drives fine with 62” and 145lbs. Maybe it might break overtime but still works fine a few times. I wouldn’t suggest it for everyday use at that size though. 100lbs max.
