Q: Do I need to adjust the settings on the Normatec for the hip attachment.
A: Hi there! You don't need to as it will recognize there are only two zones active. You can change the device to only have two zones set if you'd like. When using the hip attachment, please do the following on the device. 1. Power on the device and set to pressure level 1 2. Hold your finger on the minus button for the pressure until the image of the boots starts blinking in the upper zone. -You can now adjust the number of active zones during a treatment 3. Tap the Plus and Minus buttons to select the desired number of zones. 4. Tap the Play/Pause button once to exit this menu 5. Set pressure to the desired level and begin treatment For the Hip Attachment, set the device so Zone 1 (Feet) is solid blue and Zone 2 (Ankles) is blinking. All the other zones should be black. Tap the Play/Pause Button to select.
A: You need to have the Normatec pump unit before guy buy the hip attachment.
