Q: If I were to upgrade the video card (graphics card) would that be a whole process of installing new software, or as easy as just replacing the old graphics card by taking it out and putting the new one in?

A: Hello Henry, It would be a mix of both as you would be able to easily take out the old one and put in the new one. However you do have to download the drivers for the new video card and uninstall your old drivers. It typically is not a complicated process. Thank you!

Q: Is there a specific moniter we have to use or can we use any? Sorry for The dumb question lol

A: Hello Exterminated. Thanks for your question! It is not a dumb question at all. Behind the computer on the Graphics Card there are multiple display ports. They range from HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, DisplayPort, etc. Any monitor will work as long as you have the appropriate cable to connect the two. Even a TV could work. If you have additional question or need further assistance, please feel to contact our support team: https://www.ibuypower.com/Support Thank you!

Q: I bought this pc yesterday and I can only run fortnite at 30 FPS any solutions

A: Hey Devin, Make sure your display output is plugged into the Video Card(graphics card), and not the motherboard. If you have additional question or need further assistance, please feel to contact our support team: https://www.ibuypower.com/Support Thank you!

Q: What’s the quality of the keyboard and mouse that comes with it

A: Cheap. I would upgrade for gaming. The scroll wheel on my mouse was broken out of the box and the keyboard seems really cheap. However, the desktop itself is really good and worth the purchase.

Q: What’s the max FPS if I were to play on fortnite because I was planning to buy a budget pc for school work and gaming

A: on 1080p I cap mine at 144 because I don't my gpu at 100 percent for the hours im playing. without the cap I get 300+ FPS. if you turn off shadows in any game your fps increases. by turning things like shadows and whatnot to the lowest you can get high fps. set everything to the lowest and turn on the things you want and your fps will be very good. with everything on the highest in settings you will get 90-100 fps.

Q: how is this for a starter PC? gonna be buying this early November hopefully its still on sale lol. also what will need to be upgraded? because i wanna play everything on here! last question would a flat screen samsung tv be able to work with my desktop?

A: Hi Ross, This PC is great for a starter PC. You will also be able to hook it up to a samsung TV as long as you have an HDMI cable. The PC will work out the box, however, if you plan to upgrade parts please make sure the parts are compatible. Thank you!

Q: So I’m debating what kind of graphics to get considering the drop and rise in price. If anyone knows the difference and can explain why the price rise and why one is better than the other that will be great. Thanks!

A: the card that comes with this PC is a GTX 1060 3 GB, its good enough for majority of user needs but is severely limited by its VRAM being only 3GB, I agree you should upgrade, I recommend a GTX 1060 6GB or GTX 1070 8GB, I dont see a need for bleeding edge 1080's, dual carding, or more extreme cards like titans, I do NOT recommend getting anything made by AMD who is the competitor of GTX/NVIDIA, most games are optimized for NVIDIA and AMDs are unstable and crash often. IMPORTANT: I DO NOT recommend upgrading your graphics card right now, right now prices for graphics cards are still high but next month NVIDIA is releasing the 1100 and 2000 series of graphics cards making current gen 1000 series previous gen and dropping their current price substantially, you can also pick up a graphics card used off of ebay next month when everyones selling their 1000 series in favor of the new cards, used graphics cards are not a shot in the dark as they are the highest quality component in a PC next to the CPU, another thing to consider is that people who sell a good card to buy bleeding edge usually means the GPU wasnt overworked cuz the other components are also bleeding edge and also not very old
