A: This case (made by NZXT) has two fans. The one fan (as seen in the picture) is on back panel next to I/O ports and second fan is located at bottom of case beneath the bobble head stand. Both are RGB lighted fans.

A: Hello, The liquid cooler is meant to require no maintenance, so you should not have to refill it. Depending on how intensively you are using your system, you may need to eventually replace it due to wear and tear, but it will last several years before that.
